I'm a Bristol based theatre maker and occasional poet. I'm interested in work that interrogates the relationship between performance and audience, that messes about with authority and authenticity, and is about the here and now. I also work as a freelance director and as a script reader for The Royal Court.
Work in development includes: Big Cat (being developed with Bristol Old Vic's Ferment for 2019/20).
I'm an MGC Futures Bursary Award Winner, a former Resident Assistant Director at The Abbey Theatre (National Theatre of Ireland), Associate Director with The Michael Grandage Company, Resident Artist at Boundless and Creative Associate at The Gate. I was a JMK Finalist in 2015, trained at RADA and have a first in English from Trinity College Dublin.
I also design and make stained glass windows a bit, facilitate peer support groups for mental health charity Changes Bristol and am nuts about wildlife. I've been a contributor to BBC Radio 4's Tweet of the Day which is one of my favourite things.
